Your checklist
- ✓ Request a Manifestation Determination Review within 10 days of suspension
- ✓ Bring evaluations showing how the disability relates to behavior
- ✓ Request an FBA and Behavior Intervention Plan
Your rights
- • You have a right to a Manifestation Determination Review if a student with an IEP is suspended >10 days.
- • Services must continue during suspension.
